Shipping policy

A. Shipping costs and information:

We ship worldwide via Deutsche Post / DHL. Shipping is free worldwide for orders over 150€. For all other orders the shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below. Built-to-order is usually shipped withing 2 weeks. Usual carrier shipping times are 2 days within Germany, 4 days within the EU, 4 days to Switzerland & UK, 5-11 days to the USA, South Korea and Japan, and up to around 18 days to the rest of the world. I. Shipping within Germany:

  • We charge a flat rate of 5.99 euros per order for shipping within Germany.

II. Shipping within the European Union:

  • The shipping costs within the EU are a flat rate of 8.99 euros per order.

III. Shipping outside the European Union

  • The shipping costs for the rest of the world are a flat rate of 15.99 euros per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). 1. Shopify Payments

In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer you the payment methods listed below:

  • Debit- und Kreditkarten von Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro und UnionPay
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay und Google Pay
  • Bancontact (Belgium)
  • eps-Überweisung (Austria)
  • Ideal (Netherlands)
  • Klarna Rechnung (Austria, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway and Sweden)

2. Paypal

Only a few steps to payment:

  • Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
  • You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
  • If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
  • You will then be redirected back to us (alpenmeister.com).

3. Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
